1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PKR Solto website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all services provided by PKR Solto including the sportsbook, live casino, crash games, virtual sports, and all promotional and bonus programmes.

PKR Solto is committed to operating a transparent platform where Pakistani players know exactly what they are signing up for. These terms are written in plain, straightforward English rather than unnecessarily complex legal language. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use PKR Solto, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

PKR Solto reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before a first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point if there is reason to verify account details. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Management

Each person may hold one account on PKR Solto only. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. PKR Solto uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will take action against all accounts found to be operated by the same individual, including forfeiture of all funds across those accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PKR Solto account credentials. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your login details with anyone, and logging out after each session — particularly when using shared or public devices. PKR Solto will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact PKR Solto support immediately so that we can secure your account and investigate any unauthorised transactions. We aim to respond to security concerns within one hour during peak hours.

PKR Solto accounts that show no activity — no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal — for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of Rs 200, deducted from any remaining balance. You will receive an email notification before any dormancy fee is applied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

PKR Solto supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Pakistani Rupees:

All withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with PKR Solto support in advance. This policy exists to protect players from unauthorised fund diversion.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Verified accounts in good standing are prioritised. PKR Solto reserves the right to request additional identity or source of funds verification before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Deposits made to your PKR Solto account using funds that are not rightfully yours — for example, stolen card details or fraudulently obtained funds — constitute fraud and will be reported to the relevant Pakistani authorities. Any winnings generated from fraudulently deposited funds will be permanently forfeited.

5. Betting Rules

When you place a bet on PKR Solto, you enter into a binding agreement to wager the stated amount on the stated outcome at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except in circumstances described below.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports and markets at PKR Solto:

• Odds displayed on the PKR Solto platform are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. You will always see the final odds before confirming any wager.
• Bets accepted in error — for example, on markets where an obvious pricing mistake has occurred — may be voided by PKR Solto at our discretion. We will notify affected players and refund stakes promptly.
• In-play bets are accepted on a "best efforts" basis. Network delays or data feed interruptions may occasionally result in a brief suspension of live markets. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.

• Accumulator bets must contain a minimum of two selections. Each selection must be from a different event. Same-event accumulators are not permitted unless specifically offered as a named product by PKR Solto.
• For cricket matches — including all PSL fixtures — PKR Solto applies the official DLS method for matches that are interrupted by weather. Bets remain valid unless a match is officially abandoned before the minimum overs required for a result are bowled.

In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule will take precedence for that market.

6. Casino & Crash Games

All casino games and crash games available on PKR Solto — including but not limited to live baccarat, live roulette, blackjack, Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, Mines, Plinko, and Limbo — are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, with physical game elements overseen by professional human dealers.

Crash games on PKR Solto operate on provably fair cryptographic systems. Before each round, a cryptographic hash of the outcome seed is published. After the round, the seed value is revealed so that any player can independently verify that the crash point was not altered after bets were placed. • Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or placing bets based on information not publicly available at the time of bet placement
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome through the exploitation of price discrepancies
• Using PKR Solto for money laundering, proceeds of crime, or any other financially criminal purpose
• Colluding with other players — particularly in live casino games — to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes, or platform vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to PKR Solto support
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the PKR Solto platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, data, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of PKR Solto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any PKR Solto content without our express prior written permission. Unauthorised use of PKR Solto's intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

11. Privacy & Data

PKR Solto may suspend or close a player's account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following have occurred or are likely to occur:

• Fraudulent or criminal activity involving the account
• Failure to complete required identity or source-of-funds verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Provision of materially false information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Account operation by a person under 18 years of age
• Account closure requested by the player themselves, including self-exclusion requests

Players may also close their PKR Solto account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure — subject to any outstanding wagering requirements — will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.
